C | 今年3月以来，“张雪机车”在世界超级机车锦标赛多次夺冠，成为“机车之岛”台湾的热议话题，夺冠同款的量产820RR令不少台湾车迷神往。据了解，岛内落地的首台“张雪机车”820RR系网名“小飞哥”的台湾工程师王先生与网络博主“米亚”将整车拆解后分批运输回台、历时一个半月亲手组装而成，一经展览便引发围观热潮。 王先生12日首度通过社交媒体公开回应，车辆并非以整车方式进口，而是从广州购买后拆解零件，再混用其他厂牌零件于台湾加工组装，强调“所有的报单都可以查验核对”，并已配合相关部门将车辆带回调查。 按照台有关部门现行规定，大陆重型机车整车及引擎“属于不准输入项目”。 台经济事务主管部门声称，业者于台湾组装成车同样涉及相关法规，必须事先申请许可，且还要符合不得妨害所谓“安全”及经济等条件。该部门还称，若开放大陆重机相关产业进入，可能对岛内产业及市场秩序造成冲击，因此即使业者提出相关申请，主管机关也不会核发许可。 “张雪机车”被查扣消息传出，引发民众质疑与不满。有网友讽刺道：“如果忽然让台湾发现大陆机车这么好、这么超值，那之前所有的抹黑努力，岂不是前功尽弃！”还有网友怒批：“台湾已经是绿色恐怖时代。
